Sometimes, shelter doesn't mean cowardice.

For the last victory, you should keep soldiers safe by using shelters reasonably.

Shelters are set default to keep ten kinds of soldiers. The higher level of the shelter is, the more soldiers it can keep.

Click the grid in the shelter and you can choose the type and the number of soldiers.

If you want to let all the soldiers out, you just input 0.

You won't lose soldiers' shelter, even if you are attacked by other players.

However, those soldiers will disappear if the city is occupied by other players.

At training ground, you can't upgrade the soldiers in the shelter; you need to let them out first.

The hero can't lead the soldiers to fight in the shelter neither; you need to let the soldiers out and assign them to the hero.
